By engaging with our franchise offerings or interacting with our ads, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our franchise inquiry or use our Advertising Platforms.

1. Franchise Inquiry and Application

• 1.1 Eligibility: To apply for a Gomii franchise, you must be legally able to enter into binding contracts and meet the financial and business requirements set forth by Gomii.
• 1.2 Application Process: Submitting an inquiry or application through our contact forms or Advertising Platforms does not guarantee franchise approval. All applications are subject to Gomii’s review and approval.
• 1.3 Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your franchise application. Gomii reserves the right to reject applications based on incomplete or inaccurate information.
• 1.4 Confidentiality: Information provided during the franchise inquiry process will be handled by our Privacy Policy.

2. Franchise Terms

• 2.1 Franchise Agreement: Upon acceptance of your application, you will be required to sign a formal Franchise Agreement outlining your franchise's specific terms and conditions. This agreement will include fees, operational guidelines, and other obligations.
• 2.2 Fees and Payments: You agree to pay all fees as outlined in the Franchise Agreement, including initial franchise fees, ongoing royalties, and any other costs associated with operating a Gomii franchise.
• 2.3 Training and Support: Gomii will provide initial training and support as detailed in the Franchise Agreement. Continued support is provided subject to the terms of the agreement.

3. Advertising and Promotion

• 3.1 Ad Content: Ads run on platforms such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and others are for informational purposes regarding franchise opportunities. Gomii makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided in ads.
• 3.2 External Links: Ads may contain links to external websites. Gomii is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.
• 3.3 Data Collection: Advertising Platforms may collect data on your interactions with our ads. Please review the respective platform’s privacy policies for information on data collection and usage.

4. Intellectual Property

• 4.1 Trademarks: Gomii’s name, logo, and other trademarks are the property of Gomii. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.
• 4.2 Content Use: All content provided through our advertising and franchise materials is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

• 7.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or franchise matters will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, India.
